Every purchase on Nickit is protected. If something goes wrong, we'll make it right.

Item not as described

If the item arrives significantly different from the listing description or photos, you're eligible for a full refund.

Item never arrived

If your order doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us and we'll investigate and refund if needed.

24-hour resolution

Open a dispute and our team will respond within 24 hours to help mediate between buyer and seller.

Counterfeit items

If you receive a counterfeit item, report it immediately. We'll refund you in full and remove the seller.

How to open a dispute

  1. 1.Go to your order in Orders → Order Details
  2. 2.Click "Open Dispute" and describe the issue
  3. 3.Upload photos as evidence if possible
  4. 4.Our team will review and respond within 24 hours
